About Us
TPW has been a major supplier of high quality couplings and threaded pipe products since 1985. In February of 1996, the company acquired a coupling manufacturing facility in Navasota, Texas, which has been in continual successful production of API and other couplings since 1969. This facility has been continuously updated with the latest state-of-the-art equipment, and we now have over 90,000 square feet of manufacturing space that houses over 80 pieces of equipment.
Our continued success can be attributed to our firm commitment in quality control and most importantly, to our dedication to conscientious employees. They are the backbone of the company. TPW is now one of the leading manufacturers of threaded pipe products for the Oil & Gas, Water Well, and Industrial markets.

Texas Pipe Works, Inc. is well known globally for our High Quality Standards.
We are API 5CT, 5L, 5DP and Spec.7-1 Licensed, ISO 9001:2015 and API Q1 Certified. Our Company is very unique in that it has a combination of over thirty years’ experience in Quality Systems and Techniques. Our Standard Operating Procedures meet or exceed API Q1 requirements especially in the areas of Receiving Inspection, Identification, Traceability and Process Control. It is our ultimate goal of achieving customer satisfaction by having on time delivery of defect free products.
TPW has the latest technology in NDE including five Magnaflux units and ASNT-TC-1A Level II Certified wet Magnetic Particle inspectors. We also have a State-of-the-Art metrology lab with a controlled environmental system for accurate gage calibration. Our equipment includes Optical Comparators, Mic-Trac, Granite Tables, CMM, Master and Working Ring and Plug Gages, numerous MRP Units, Hand Tools, and Electronic Gages. We utilize a Gage Tracking System database that is used to control all Gages and Equipment required.
Texas Pipe Works, Inc. is very proud that our quality system has been audited and approved by some of the largest and most knowledgeable Quality System Auditors in the World.

Texas Pipe Works, Inc. is committed to the Health, Safety and Environmental well-being of its employees, customers, vendors and suppliers. Our HS&E Program Management system is in compliance with all state, federal, and local agency requirements and is audited annually by third party companies. TPW’s management assures that all HS&E “Standard Operating Procedures” are understood and strictly followed by all TPW employees and is initiated as part of all New Employee Indoctrinations. In addition, our HS&E Program Management Systems are in line with ISO 14001 and ISO 1800 standards.

Finished Product Warehouse
Our storage warehouse is a staging area for completed inventory and orders ready to ship. This 10,000 SF indoor facility is climate controlled from incumbent weather with all inventory registered with our new proprietary tracking software.
Pipe Storage Yard
Over 12 acres of pipe and tube storage and capacity for over 18,000 tons on site. TPW maintains full product separation and traceability through our quality system.
Main Production Floor
Our main production area houses over 60 pieces of equipment.
Premium and Accessory Building
This building is home to 13 additional CNCu2019s that gives us a wider range of capabilities for Premium Threading, Pup Joints, and Custom Manufacturing.
Plating and Finishing Line
We have 2 semi-automated plating lines that are capable of both zinc and manganese phosphate. This area is also home to our fully automated paint and stencil line for couplings, 2 manual paint lines, and our large paint booth for pup joints, and other accessories.
Magnetic Particle Inspection area
Our 6 Magnaflux wet magnetic particle inspection units were custom designed to handle the work load and our ASNT-TC-1A Level II inspectors insure we are producing the highest quality products available.
At TPW we continuously strive to improve our products and processes to better satisfy the needs of our customers. Our goal is to deliver defect-free, quality products and services on time, on budget.
We keep a very large inventory of Couplings and Coupling Stock to ensure we can react quickly to all of our customers needs.
Our employee culture is modeled to continuously better ourselves, our process and our products. This is a never ending effort and is the basis for our continued success.
Our sales staff is available via phone and email 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. This enables us to react quickly when situations arise that need expediting.
Our manufacturing facility has been completely updated with the latest technology and equipment, increasing our production capacity, allowing us to handle the volume from the largest of mills and the flexibility to set-up for small, multi-item specialty orders.
